PERCIVAL (Derek). - Derek's family would like to thank the many people who have shown so much kindness to us following his death. We were all very moved by the number of friends and relatives who attended the funeral service. Our very grateful thanks for the donations received and also to those who sent the beautiful floral tributes and cards. Special thanks to the family doctors and surgery staff for their care and attention, Reverend David Yeo Poulton for a lovely service and his words of comfort and finally, to D. B. Devall Funeral Directors for their kindness and compassion.
